~ I use Energy and Bodywork to help you identify and clear old, unhelpful patterns in your body caused by daily stress and life experiences and to help bring in peaceful, restorative energy in its place. To do this, I use a variety of healing modalities including Reiki, Energy Healing, Sound Healing, and Intuitive Readings.
I offer Intuitive Healing sessions at Ritual Wellness integrative and functional medicine practice in Garden City (RW) and in my home treatment space in East Boise (EB), as well as continuing to offer remote sessions over Zoom when needed or preferred.
A combination of healing modalities are used and this unique combination approach can be quite powerful and effective. While individual results vary, participants have reported many shifts, including (but not limited to):
- Better sleep
- A deep sense of peace, rest, and relaxation during and after treatment sessions
- Improved overall sense of well-being
- Improved mental clarity
- Improved physical, emotional, and mental health symptoms, including both acute and chronic health issues
For in-person sessions, you will rest comfortably on a massage style treatment table. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended, but not required. It is not necessary to remove any articles of clothing and you will remain fully clothed. The Reiki and Energy Healing portion of the session is typically done hands-on with a light touch applied. A hands-off treatment can be done where the hands are held slightly above the body when preferred.
Remote sessions take place over Zoom. People find the remote sessions to be just as effective and beneficial as in person sessions. However, it should be noted that the sound quality of the singing bowls can be reduced when played over Zoom. *Call, text, or email me to schedule a remote session. 2 Hour sessions allow for extended sound healing and/or more time to talk and share and give witness to what is current and happening in your life. This extended talk time (i.e., therapeutic dyad) is helpful in uncovering and bringing awareness to what your body has been holding and how it has been affecting you, but it is not necessary in order to benefit from a session. It is simply a matter of personal preference and how much time you have.
Every Healing session (2 Hr, 1.5 Hr, or 1 Hr) helps to identify, release, and transmute stagnant energy held in the body using a variety of healing modalities to fit your individual needs & may include (but are not limited to):
