*** I offer private Intuitive Reiki and Sound Healing sessions in person in my Boise, Idaho home treatment space, as well as continuing to offer remote sessions when needed or preferred. ***
These immersive sessions last around 2 hours and include a combination of a guided settling in practice to ground and settle the system, intuitive readings, Reiki, and Sound Healing with alchemy and quartz crystal singing bowls, along with discussion and integration time. Intuitive information received while working with the body is shared throughout the session as well.
For the actual session, you will rest comfortably on a massage table. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended, but not required. It is not necessary to remove any articles of clothing and you will remain fully clothed. The Reiki session is typically done hands-on with a light touch applied. A hands-off treatment can be done where the hands are held slightly above the body if preferred. The Reiki portion of the session progresses through a series of standard Reiki hand positions typically beginning at the feet, followed by the playing of the quartz crystal singing bowls in the latter part of the session. Recipients of Reiki might feel a warm sensation or a tingling during the session or simply a general sense of relaxation. Sessions are typically grounding, settling, and soothing and can be both relaxing and invigorating.
I am finding this unique combination of Reiki and Sound Healing to be quite powerful and effective. Participants have reported many shifts, including:
- Better sleep
- Improvement or elimination of physical, emotional, and mental health symptoms, including reduced muscle / joint pain and stiffness and relief from other acute and chronic health issues
- Improved overall sense of well-being and emotional / mental health
- A deep sense of peace, rest, and relaxation during and after treatment sessions
*** Remote sessions take place over FaceTime, Zoom, Facebook meeting room, or telephone. People are finding the remote sessions to be just as effective and beneficial as in person sessions. However, it should be noted that the sound quality of the singing bowls can be reduced when played over the internet or phone.

Option 1 –
What: Intuitive Reiki and Sound Healing session
Length: 2 Hours
Cost: $140
Includes:
- Time for you to share whatever you would like re: anything that is currently alive and present in your life to give voice to your current life circumstances and help set the tone for the session (share as much or as little as you wish here)
- Guided Settling In / Grounding practice
- Reiki Treatment
- Sound Healing Treatment using alchemy & quartz crystal singing bowls
- Intuitive Information Shared (sharing guidance, insights, & information that comes through during the treatments and our time together)
Option 2 –
What: Shorter Reiki & Sound Healing session
Length: 1.5 Hours
Cost: $120
- Offered for those who prefer a shorter session
- NOTE: There is less time for sharing and talking during the shorter session
- Both Reiki & Sound Healing are offered, but for a shorter duration than the 2 hour sessions
Option 3 –
What: Reiki OR Sound Healing Only session
Length: 1.5 Hours
Cost: $120
- Offered for those who prefer a session focused on just one modality ~ either Reiki or Sound Healing
