
Cyndi offers private mindfulness training to adolescents, teens, adults, and families in Boise, Idaho and the surrounding area. Private mindfulness sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home, in the therapeutic setting of her home office, or remotely over Zoom. Cyndi uses the research-backed Mindful Schools curriculum as the foundation for her private sessions, tailoring each session to your individual needs. You can expect each session to last anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Session times vary depending on the age, abilities, and dynamics of the individual or group, as well as the particular needs that arise during each session.

Cost: $125 for initial session (90 minutes)
$95 for follow-up sessions (45-60 minutes)
$65 for short practice sessions (30 minutes)
