As a Mindful Schools Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Cyndi has experience teaching Mindfulness in over 30 different classrooms, kindergarten through college level, in Boise, Idaho and the surrounding area. Services include:
- Providing direct instruction of mindfulness lessons in classrooms on a bi-weekly, weekly, or monthly basis
- Whole-school implementation of mindfulness programming
- Professional development workshops and trainings for teachers/staff
