About Cyndi

Cyndi Miracle is a Certified Mindful Schools Mindfulness Instructor, Reiki Master, and Sound Healing Practitioner in Boise, Idaho. Cyndi was certified as a Mindfulness Instructor in 2018 after completing 300 hours of training and teaching practicum experience through Mindful Schools. As a mindfulness instructor, she has worked with multiple schools, preschool-college age, training staff and working directly with students to foster a compassionate, inclusive, trauma-sensitive learning of the methods , philosophy, and practice of Mindfulness. She has experience working privately one-on-one with families, youth, and adult clients, coaching to develop mindfulness practice to process and move through real life challenges in a healthy and lasting way. Cyndi is also a certified Speech-Language Pathologist, and has background in child development, helping to further inform her mindfulness service offerings.

Utilizing this deep background in mindfulness and overall human development, Cyndi has worked with Millennium Forum since 2019, now in her current role as Millennium Forum Coordinator and previously as a certified Forum Mentor, guiding and facilitating groups of educators from around the globe to learn and practice adult SEL (social-emotional learning) skills, including mindfulness, in a supportive, small group online platform that meets on a regular basis throughout the academic year.

She also currently brings her mindfulness instructor skills to her work with the local non-profit, Idaho Prison Arts Collective, teaching mindfulness and related skills to residents of Idaho prisons.

She began working with Reiki in the early 2000s when she obtained her Reiki level 1 attunement in the Usui Reiki tradition.  In April of 2020 she completed her training in the Tanran lineage of Reiki and received her Master Attunement.

As a Sound Healing practitioner, Cyndi works primarily with quartz crystal singing bowls at this time.  Since 2016, she has offered Sound Immersion classes in a variety of settings, combining meditation, gentle movement, simple vocal toning, and the playing of the singing bowls, commonly known as a sound bath experience.

Additionally, she offers private Reiki with Sound Healing sessions combining the singing bowls with Reiki for a unique one-on-one healing experience.

Cyndi has a way of teaching and guiding that is deeply grounding and welcoming. Through gentle prompts, she invites each person to follow their own lead and create their own space; encouraging and allowing each person’s unique experience to unfold through awareness, sound, and movement.
